What do we need to be able to give a performance

An easily accessible (outdoor) location.
Our bus has a height of 3 meters 10.
We need a reasonably flat terrain of at least 14 meters by 7 meters.
A power point if possible.

Build up time: 2.5 hours   Break down time: 1 hour
Our theater has its own music and sound system.
